A message from Dr. Kozminski to new patients:
 

I am excited to join the team at East Waterdown Medical Centre! 

I grew up in the GTA and, now, I am raising my young family in the Halton region.  I trained at the University of Toronto and University of Ottawa.  I have experience working in a variety of settings including acute care at the Ottawa Hospitals; transitional care at Bruyere Complex Continuing Care; and, finally, to community and academic family medicine practices throughout Ontario. 

I am looking forward to helping you address your healthcare needs.
